Decent second choice to the 900

Occasionally, it's a bit slow when you use functions such as settings or apps. Audio speakers are decent (still use an amp most of the time, but great for late night) considering almost all TV's this thin have near useless speakers, this Sony 850 has usable speakers. While this was my second choice( is a 3rd place finish on rtings.com 2017). I was going to buy the Sony 900e but as my eyes have aged. Just couldn't see the difference when side by side with the 850e( and I know about the difference). I could see that $500 had now separated their price( week before they were only $200 apart). Overall happy for just a tad over $1000. Likely buy another tv in 5 years if there is another drastic improvement (if I can see or "FEEL" it, lol).

The best TV that Ive ever own
