This unit was very easy to set up and program. Picture is better than expected.

Tv: the screen is super clear and sound is great. It doesn't have the capability to turn on with the google home yet though. While it's on you can use Google home to play music through it. The remote is fine but the 4 multicolor buttons are useless unless you are using a song DVD player or something and they aren't even reprogrammable. I kind of wish that Sony made a new remote that kind of looks like the Samsung one where it is simplistic and clean, instead of almost a hundred buttons on it. The tv is light and looks great on the wall. Overall the tv is 4/5 stars.

Just purchased my Sony 65" 850e. Had the 930 but lost it in wildfire here in Ventura. Great tv easy to use, fantastic color and motion response. Sound could be better but it will soon be going through upgraded hi-fi so not a big deal. Easy navigation, crisp colors great styling with minimal edge. It's like a picture on the wall. I've always had Sony tvs and this one doesn't disapoint.

It's been at least 10 years since I last purchased a flat screen TV so I had a lot to catch up on. After extensive research, I felt this TV provided me with the bells and whistles I was looking for, but wasn't outrageously priced like some of the OLED models. Overall, I am very pleased with the picture quality and I feel like the SONY name provides some level of confidence in the durability.

I came in only knowing that I wanted a large flat screen tv. I met Gordon and immediately felt at ease. He took time to explain all of the complicated nuances between brands and technologies. Landing on the Sony I currently own. It has been a terrific addition to my home. We watch it daily. Thank you Gordon for your professionalism.

This is my first Sony TV; I've always owned Samsung TVs, but I love this one. It has all sorts of bells and whistles, and the TV picture is amazing. There are adjustable zip ties to help with cord management. The Android TV connects easily to your Android phone. There's even a Picture in Picture mode that's not in any of the documentation. Love the TV. Would recommend and buy again.

I did research for 2 months to decide on a tv. I decided on the Sony based on reviews of others and seeing it in the store compared to other models. I have no complaints about this tv. It works great. Picture is phenomenal and the apps work well. A lot of people complain about the sound. It may be a tad weak, but it’s sounds just fine if you turn the volume a little higher.

It is a great television. Great size and picture. Easy set up and everyday usr.

The staff at orange best buy location were very informative and helpful when I was looking for a TV, I would differently go back as well refer a friend.

Easy set up good picture quality. One negative draw back is the integration with Google. It basically forces you to have a direct setup with Google home and or Android Products. Which is an issue for me because my whole home is set up with Alexa and Amazon Playlists etc. Now you can through the smart hub feature access Amazon Video but still play list for voice activation is an issue. You are getting a SONY so its great quality good warranty and its light weight. Just know if you are not a google home user this might be a problem for you.

Great TV came with free HD movie purchase and 99 cent rental. Apps are good and it synced to the Google account with no issues. Delivery was top notch.
