Picture quality is really nice. Although TV has continuously issues with Netflix and we have to force stop the app almost every other day

There was not a great refresh rate on this tv. Everything seemed cloudy. If there wasn't much movement though, the picture looked great.

Best Buy arrrived to set up our TV and hang it on the wall. I could not be more pleased to have their help and properly install the TV! It looks great and for someone who is late to modern technology, I've been having a blast with the SMART features like accessing YouTube, Netflix, Pandora, Amazon, etc..

At first I didn’t really like the TV because I had never experienced 4K UHD before but now that I’ve gotten used to it I freaking love this TV the image is so clear the refresh rate is awesome I have experienced TV in a whole new light. I’m so glad my fiancé talked me into getting this tv

Fair price, offered additional items for increased enjoyment. Still having trouble with the wireless Sony speakers. Speakers reset to factory default when sound bar is turned off.

Sony is always the way to go. It's the only brand I've bought for TVs. Everything about this TV is great.

We went to Best Buy looking to replace our 55” Sony that quit working. After looking at several tv’s and talking with a sales person, we decided this tv was the one for us. Has a great picture, and the colors are fantastic. We haven’t viewed any 4K programming yet,buaare looking forward to it.

Great picture quality. I got this because of the great reviews it was getting. I love this TV but I wish I could have been able to afford to get the 70inch version. We replaced a Samsung that we were very happy with but I can definitely see why Sonny has the reputation it does. Overall very satisfied.

This tv is amazing, the only thing that is less than stellar are the speakers on the tv itself, but honestly, if you are buying a tv like this you are probably going to buy external audio speakers too. Great picture, sometimes you have to adjust the photo in the settings menu to get the best results.

This was our first 4K tv purchase. The difference is phenomenal!!

I went back and forth with this or the 900E. I didn't see that much of a difference on the higher model for the money. I think I made a good decision, even after the 900 went on sale for $200 cheaper. The Android TV is great. Netflix and Google play open very fast. No issues at all right now.

This tv provides excellent color and great clarity. Does great in lowlight rooms, which was something I was worried about before purchasing it. I think the 900 is only minimally better than this. Also, Samsungs MU8000 may be brighter but Sony really outmatches its competition with its color depth.

This is an excellent tv. I wasn't sure which brand I wanted to buy, but the salesman steered me to this Sony, and I am glad he did! Great set, full array of colors, including deep full blacks. The other options, specifically the Android functionality (I'm not Ann Apple guy) are the cherry on top!

Originally purchased a Samsung 7 series 4K but after 4 hrs Samsung died. Returned and purchased this Sony. Has a great picture if watching a true 4K HDR movie w/ 4K HDR DVD player but watching a 4K UHD/HDR from Netflix, picture is no better than the picture on my 2 year old Samsung 7 series non 4K

Our new 65" TV replaced our old DLP TV (a TV type not made for very long-We purchased it from Circuit City-that tells you how old it was). We love the new set! It took almost no time to set up, works with our old universal remote, has great color and definition. We couldn't be happier!

Up until this purchase I was a Samsung TV buyer through and through... but when I saw this Sony model on the floor for such a good price, I decided to give it a try. I’m very satisfied with the quality and vibrant colors it produces. I work in TV production and it even impressed me!

The TV was easy to setup, but once I turned it on I was very disappointed in the color compared to the Samsung. I returned the set the next day and purchased another Samsung.

The picture is great whether watching from my CATV DVR or streams from my Roku including being terrific for sports. Only watched one 4k movie stream but it was stunning. Remote has a strong feel and is easy to operate. The "Smart" features are supported by the onboard Android TV. Some don't work or are different than advertised. My advice, purchase the TV on sale and use your savings to buy a Roku capable of 4K.

I received this TV as a Christmas gift and have been extremely satisfied. I tend to be loyal to Sony but with that aside it has a great picture and awesome features. Sound is OK but for a large room or noisy conditions it can be lacking as with most new thin TV’s. Highly recommend it.

I had been wanting to upgrade our TV for awhile, the last TV I bought was 10yrs ago and it was a Samsung. What a difference I bought the 65" XBR65X850E a perfect size. I was debating between the 850 and the 900 but, could not see spending another $500. I plan to buy a 75" for our theatre room.
