I am really enjoying this 4k hdtv set. Sony seldom disappoints in this area.

The one thing that I love most about this TV is doing screen mirroring from my cell phone! It is easy to get set up and use.

Went shopping prior to the Super Bowl and was able to get a great deal on this TV. Once I hooked it up, the picture was just as good as it was in the store.

We love our new Sony 65" LED 2160p smart 4K Ultra HD TV! The frame is very slim, giving the illusion of no TV framing at all; just a huge crisp picture. Great buy.

The television is great im enjoying it so much. Everything looks so much better on this tv, i will recommend this to everyone and best buy has the best products.

Excellent picture. Now realizing not all broadcasting or productions are filmed in 4K. Internet usage is cumbersome

the sony 65 inch 4K has a beautiful picture. remains to be seen how long it will last. Hopefully longer that 2.5 years. That is how long the samsung lasted.

My new 65 inch Sony HD replaced a 70 inch Sharp. Picture is much better than the Sharp. A little more expensive than I intended to spend, but am very glad I did

The picture quality is great, only problem is the “smart” features. You have to be patient when logging into and browsing the smart tv features (Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, etc..). Other than that, I’d recommend the TV if you can catch it on sale.

I purchased this TV on Friday and have used it for a few days. So far I have been very pleased with the picture quality and the ability to use Netflix or Pandora right from the TV. I used Netflix with ultraHD and noticed a big difference in quality of picture. I cannot comment on the built in sound since I have an existing sound bar that I connected it to. Negatives: -To reiterate what others have stated, the TV lags a lot right out of the box without downloading any apps. It takes 5-10 seconds after you click the menu button for the actual menu to appear. Then, there is a delay when going through the different menu options. -Lack of processing capacity to operate Android OS. -I remembered why I dislike Android OS, too much bloatware. You give the option during initial setup if the user wants Samba, or other apps enabled which I selected no, but, it is still running as a process. This makes no sense at all. I disabled these features from the app menu option and noticed a HUGE difference in speed until I powered the TV off and turned it back on. Then I received an error message every 2 seconds until I enabled these applications again. -I have never had a TV where you need to hold the power button down for 5 seconds plus to actually turn of the TV. Clicking the power button once just puts your TV to sleep. Clicking the power button should shut the TV down. Holding it for a few seconds should let it go to sleep. Sony, customers want a product that is easy to use and can handle whatever operating system you put on it. Products should be based around customers, not around the pre installed bloatware. Great picture only gets you so far.

Beautiful clear picture. Love it. It's not as bright as my previous Toshiba but likely there is a setting adjustment that i haven't looked for or found yet

The picture is good but there are better out there. There are plenty of features which is one of the reasons we went with this TV. Sound isn't so great but that's easily remedied with a sound bar. Overall we are very happy with this purchase.

I originally purchased it for 1199.00 went down to 1099.00 within the same week and received a refund ... tv looks great also purchased the sony sound bar

Great picture quality and sound. Hook ups on back have rca jacks which Samsung has none. Can hook up my old Bows receiver and speakers. the stand fits my old cabinet where samsung is too wide. Hooking up USB could be easier put in settings.

Initially bought Samsung and did not like. Android TV is great! The HDR is real, not faked, real 120hz refresh here which is an absolute necessity at 65".

First time buying a large TV like this and we love it! Quality is fantastic and ease of use is top notch. You can't go wrong with a Sony TV like this.

This mounted on my wall looks absolutely fantastic it looks as good as it did the first day I bought it. I'm a very happy camper.

This Sony Android tv was great, remote control are easy to use, there is a shortcut button ( Netflix etc) the quality of picture was crystal clear!

There haven't been any issues to date. The android OS on the tv makes it easy to find the apps i want and they just work. I don't have a device that can output in 4k yet but the picture quality is already better than my previous device.

This has to be the best TV I have ever purchased it has a great picture and sound.
