I love it the google Assistant As issues tho but anything else is awesome

This is by far the best television I have ever owned. This is my 3rd Sony television and I'm very pleased with the overall performance. I would definitely recommend this purchase.

I like a lot about my new Sony television, but I have one major complaint. It is very difficult to watch this television during the daytime hours. I get reflection from the windows in the face of the television screen. This is very distracting and I did not have this same issue with my older Sony LCD television.

I never hang my tv's on the wall and always prefer the tv stand. However, this tv's stand is extremely unorthodox. It's more like a kick stand. And the TV is slightly tilted backwards. Very odd.

I am looking forward to the installation of this new monitor. They didn't have it up in the store yet and it won't be installed for a couple of weeks. Can't wait.

This TV was amazing, but I ended up returning it because I thought it was too dark.

The Sony 65" A9F incorporates a numer of Apps that would previosly be in a Google dongle or an external box into the TV's processor, but at what cost. You could probably build a media center for the $2500 difference fom Win10 or Apple components.

So far an excellent tv. Looking forward to working with it more over the months to really get to know it and what it can do.

Sony tv is awesome to watch and reliable to last at the same time

First the picture quality is very good no complaint there but the way this tv works the system is an F very very bad is it a very difficult tv to use also I had problems with the apps not wanting to go in and also the WiFi going on and off overall 2 stars

I purchased 2 of the Master series and looking forward to 2 more. Then I saw the quality and sound and liked my old Sony 1080 better The HDMI cables I was told the 29.00 was the best wouldn't change then magnolia said NO you need the 600.00or 1000.00 that has the 100% silver for the best quality. That would be about 4K for 4 cables. I'm totally confused and unhappy customer..

This TV was purchased on June 11th, as an end of the model year Open Box Excellent Condition item. On July 24 the screen had many different shades of black and grays that watching it was eye hurting. Tried to adjust with no luck. Called Sony Customer Service and had to put up with "their" troubleshooting steps that I had already performed, just to get the same results. Finally got past that level of incompetence and was put in contact with an agent that had the authority to resolve the matter. Had to take multiple pictures of the Part Number and the set with the problem areas in close ups. The Verification Team deemed that the unit had to be replaced....(duh). Now I go through 5-7 business days with ordering a replacement and then the carrier and delivery. I will end up with a unit one level better than what I started with in about 3 weeks. Meanwhile I just watch through the shadows and put on 3-D glasses to help.

It turned on and seems to be working ok, for a over 2k tv

The screen has burned for the last 6 months, didnt notice at first, 4500.00 and less than two years, suck

I would recommend this to a any one. the tv is very over price.

Out of the box, the TV is going to take some tweaking to get the picture that is shown in store. After messing with it for some time, and getting it calibrated, it looks as it does on a store demo. I'm very happy with the TV so far although I haven't owned it for that long, I'm very pleased at the moment. The audio on the TV is incredible, the ability to connect a subwoofer to it, or use it a 65inch center channel can help justify the cost alone, while the amazing 4K OLED picture is just a bonus.
