I got a new tv at no cost to me, and the process was easy and done with a willingness to make sure I was satisfied. Thank you, Best Buy employees!

I was replacing a smaller TV in my workout area. The TV operates great. When there is motion on the TV, it is really blurry. Very disappointed with that.

We are sorry that you are having a picture issue with your Sony BRAVIA TV. This is definitely not the customer experience we want you to have. Please make sure the TV is up-to-date: https://www.sony.com/electronics/support/articles/00028577. The software updates improve the general performance of the TV and resolve any possible software-related issues. You can also perform a power reset. Unplug the TV power cord from the wall outlet, wait two minutes, then plug the power cord back in. Test several different content from different sources to further isolate the issue. We can also adjust the picture quality, especially the Motion setting to further isolate and hope fully resolve this issue: https://helpguide.sony.net/tv/jusltn1/v1/en-003/01-03-09_01.html.
