I love this TV. I have own Vizio, Panasonic, Sanyo and Samsung tvs. All 4k tvs all pretty high on their respective models and none have the picture quality of the Sony Bravia X85K. When I first turned the TV on the picture quality scared me. I thought I had made a huge mistake. The picture quality was not that good, more along the lines of a $200 tv with no options. Once the AI got up to speed the image surprised me. It rivals real life. Super clear, no motion blur, no fuzziness around people or objects. A super clear, realistic picture that is almost too good. To me it really is just one click shy of being real life. The on board sound system isn't bad and has software that setups the sound quality for the room u place it in. Making the Dolby sound pop out of the screen and surround u placing u in the middle of the action. I personally prefer a sound bar however this TV doesn't require one like some tvs do. This tv also has settings that work with the playstation consoles. The variable refresh rate brings every game to it's absolute best picture quality again knocked me off my feet. I didn't need to change but a few settings which the "how to" videos explain and show u how to change and it explains how those changes help the smoothness and fluidity of every game. Obviously I am not a "professional reviewer" and it basically comes down to a few things. I am stunned by the picture, like the help videos, the on board speakers isn't bad. Last would I recommend this TV to my family. Absolutely I would. Hope this helps.

Excellent picture quality. Easy to navigate between apps. Sound is a little tinny and the Sony is not compatible with my old Vizio sound bar. Has to be used manually with separate remote. Very inconvenient. That prevented a 5⭐️ rating.

I did tons of research on this tv , needed one for the World Cup plus I was in need of upgrading. This one has 120hz refresh rate which I get not many content supports it but it’s there , for sports (soccer ) specifically, I’m blown away , after adjusting some image settings image looks beautiful and clear , make sure to use a 4K supporting device and watching soccer in 4K is really nice. Interface is snappy and fast after setting up even on wifi . The only downside is the audio , even after adjusting it would like more bass but doesn’t really matter for me , will get a soundbar, Highly recommend for sports specifically

Fantastic TV! We also have the 75" X900H, so that's my biggest comparison. While the 900 is slightly better in terms of image quality, this X85K more than holds its own. The images are crisp, the blacks are dark, the colors are vibrant, the refresh rate is amazing, and it works great for movies or gaming (even with 4K 120hz with Xbox Series X and PS5). The X85K's interface is actually smoother and better than the X900H. It's 95% the same, but the newer processor is noticeably smoother and quicker. Very happy with the purchase, definitely recommend.

We absolutely love our purchase as it has the longevity to last us a lifetime of entertainment! I enjoy the sound and visual quality it provides for movies and adaptability to streaming, and live TV. Our cats also love to view a live stream of bird watching on there haha. And the clarity gives them a great view of the outdoors. The remote allows us to quickly access certain apps and voice detection is clear to help find something quicker without manually typing. I would however also love to see an upgraded version of the remote selfishly to include Hulu as I believe that is our most utilized app. We’ve also been able to apply lighting on the rear end that allows for a theatrical experience and are looking forward to mounting this device in the near future hopefully. We appreciate the purchase and are happy to have Best Buy for our technology needs.
