Confusing setup, any mistakes take days to correct

We apologize for the inconvenience you've experienced with your Sony X85K LED 4K HDR Google TV. This is not the buying experience that we want our customer to have. We would like to know a little bit more detail about the situation you faced with the TV.
The TV doesn't have component/composite jacks, however, you can connect your Audio/Video devices to the VIDEO IN port of this TV. Just make sure to use a mini-jack (3.5 mm) to RCA (composite) cable adapter (not supplied).
X85K does not have DVR control capabilities. Depending on the external devices, some buttons may not work when using the TV's remote control. For more information on how to operate your cable/satellite box with the BRAVIA TV remote control, you may check this help guide link: https://helpguide.sony.net/tv/jusltn1/v1/en-003/04-08_03.html
