Allow us to help troubleshoot the problem. Please make sure that the TV software is updated as it includes key features, applications, bug fixes, and feature improvements. Make sure that the game mode is ON in the TV settings. To fully enhance your gaming experience, please connect your gaming console to the HDMI 3 and 4 of the TV and use a high speed HDMI cable.
