(No, it's not the remote) Unfortunately the warranty expired 3 weeks ago and this is now happening on the regular. Imagine how frustrated we were when it happened while watching an intense hockey game!!. We paid $1000 for a TV that has performance issues and now no warranty. No more SONY TVs for us!

It has a great picture and i like the fact that there at four (4) 2.1 HDMI ports. It sync quickly to my video game consoles and it boots up and connected to the internet fast.
