    Tv is not working properly. Other TVs that are older are clearer and faster. We checked with internet company and have the highest speed possible.

We would like to clarify if the issue occurs on all of the sources or the built-in applications on the TV like Netflix or YouTube. For streaming, quality depends on the original video provided by the video content provider and your connection bandwidth. To enjoy watching Internet streaming videos, a network with a fast and stable line speed is necessary. In general, speeds that resemble the following are necessary:

      Streaming standard definition (SD) Internet video: 2.5 Mbps
      Streaming high definition (HD) Internet video: 10 Mbps
      Streaming Ultra HD (4K) Internet video: 25 Mbps

      If you are watching from an external output like a cable box or your Blu-ray, please make sure that you have enabled the Enhanced Format setting on the TV. When you watch 4K picture with High-Quality, use a Premium High Speed HDMI Cable(s) that supports speeds of 18 Gbps. For details on a Premium High Speed HDMI Cable(s) that supports 18 Gbps, please refer to the cable specifications.

    I know Sony is known to be a good product. But I'm giving the tv a 3 star only because the tv for some reason kept turning off & resetting itself on it's own. Other than that the tv was everything we wanted in a tv.

    I’ve had multiple issues for a couple of months now so I cannot recommend this TV. TV seems to be not compatible with cable provider ATT U-Verse box or non Sony sound bar. I have issues with the sound going in and out; I get multiple errors and have to reboot every morning, TV panel clicks and there are a lot of other issues. BestBuy is replacing. Hopefully the replacement TV will work properly.

    Could have been 5 stars, if not for the wifi issue returned and went for the new TCL instead. I would still recommend this at $799 if its on sale. Maybe I was just unlucky with what I've got.

      Thanks for sharing your 5-star review and experience with the X85K. Unfortunately, the Xfinity app is currently not available on the built-in Google Play Store app of the X85K TVs. As an alternative, you can connect HDMI streaming devices that support the app that you are looking for.     Do not recommend, purchase July 2024

    First month worked great, I purchased in July 19, 2024 and its Sept 2, 2024 and I'm having an issue with the TV. A red light flickers and the screen doesn't show image. It shows Sony and turns black automatically after. I called Sony and they said someone would get back to me in 2 days. They couldn't even tell me what's wrong or if someone will come out. I didn't feel reassured and feel like its crazy that it will take them "2 business days" to get back to me, for an expensive new TV I bought. My old TV seems more reliable then this. Not a happy customer. They said I would receive an email to upload photos and I still haven't received anything from Sony. Geek squad is worst, they said the first year is only through Sony, so then what's the point of purchasing Geek Squad the first year and they didn't have a response to that.
