I think my purchase was solid. I love the way the TV looks on the wall. The only downfall is that I’ve been experiencing slight lag from my remote to actually Controlling the TV itself being a gamer I specifically picked out this brand of TV because it was high is compatible with my Sony PS4 and I thought the gameplay would flawless A little laggy-nesss doesn’t ruin the entire experience though.

I saw this TV when going to buy a different TV and immediately switched. Great picture.

My experience with Best Buy was excellent. Especially Jacob. He was knowledgable and easy to work with. I especially appreciate the direct cell number to reach the Dept. That’s often the most frustrating part. Going through a main member.

Purchased as a gift. Researched on line and bought in store. Not a new model and wished the price was lower but did get in sale. Unpacking was more difficult than the tv set up. No bad pixels. Working as expected after 2mo. Sales person was helpful after sale in loading and setup advice. Sooo many other tvs at lower price point, unconvinced the incremental cost of this model is worth it.

Excellent tv. This is the second x900f I have purchased. The first was a 49 inch and now the 65 inch. The sound is much better on the 65 inch. I looked ath the x950g and the x900f was just as good or better than the x950g.

The TV was mounted and installed quickly and professionally. I received instruction on how to use it. I've had no problems, and am very satisfied.

Having used this product for few months, it is time to weigh in on the user experience. It's a solid product from the specific brand as expected. This experience is based on using it in a large living room area for which the picture quality and the surround sound experience could have been improved relative to less premium brands.

Gotta hand it to the Best Buy folks. I went in wanting a more expensive TV. After talking about my needs, preferences, and most especially, the lighting in the room the TV was going in, I went with the Sony and it's AWSOME. Great for a high light great room.

Still perplexed of how to access the 2160 HD tho. Is it possible that very few stations broadcast with this high def

It lives up to all the reviews about it. The colors aren’t quite as deep as an QLED but it’s pretty close. Check out the recommended picture adjustments suggested by the YouTube reviewers. You won’t be disappointed. I have it connected to a Sony receiver STR1070 a PS4 pro, some Sony tower speakers, a Lenovo Display, and a Samsung SmartThings hub. All these play together well.

The service was great by the Best Buy team. The TV meets and exceed all expectations. Loved the price and the quality of the the product. Image is impeccable. Great all around! Highly recommend Best Buy and this Model of TV.

My husband & I aren't techie's so we didn't have a clue how to choose a new TV. The features were explained clearly & easy to understand and we are very happy with our choice. We are so thankful for the knowledgeable sales persons that helped us.

Whatever you do, do not buy this TV. I give it 2 stars because the picture is very clear when it works, but that is about it. The processor is extremely slow, the apps don't work half the time, and now it won't even read my Fire Stick. I have had to unplug this time nearly every day for a week just to get it to work. I should've went with my gut at the time of purchase to stay away, but the price was just too good to pass up. I am now back in the market, looking for a new TV. Shame on Sony for putting such a slow processor in such a high powered TV. Look elsewhere, or spend the money to get a higher end Sony model if that is what you are looking for.

This is such a beautiful TV. We mounted this in our basement and it looks great. The surround bevel is very thin and the quality of the video is amazing! Easy wifi setup and looks great with the 4K firestick. We are very pleased with this purchase.

Great pictures from the sweet spot but not so good from an angle as most LCD tvs

Very satisfied with this new Sony tv I bought. The sales person helped me chose between the different brands they had available. Also helped compare based on prices and quality helping me chose Sony over the rest of the brands.

It has been some time since I have bought a new TV. Getting this one was well worth it. I was looking at other TVs and they were 60 hrz. I am glad I went to the next level up to get the true 120 htz. Everything looks great, TV, movies, videos games.
