    TV does not work. Wifi keeps turning off, only factory reset resolves the issue. Sony is fully aware but ignores the issue.

Please make sure that your TV is connected to the internet and the Automatic Software Update setting is set to On to keep the software updated to the most current version.     Garbage. Returned it after almost a month of ownership, and reatarting it about 20 times. This tv would lose internet connection out of the blue. Several Sony models have this same issue. Ever notice 1 or 2 Sonys turned off when you're at a Bestbuy? I do. They can't gold an internet connection. Even the 2021 models.

    Stopped working after 2 months right after my return policy ran out with best buy. DO NOT BUY!! Backlight issue is known and getting support to get it fixed is a nightmare. I will never buy another sony tv.

    STAY AWAY FROM THIS TV! I'm on my second and this one is showing itself to be a dud as well. It overheats and power cycles. Very annoying to have the tv turn itself off randomly. Would never buy Sony again.

    This is not good Sony version of tv. This tv flickers for every 2 seconds with green color. I called sony customer care but response was very bad and they are not helping. So strongly suggesting not to buy this.

    Smart Android TV software lacking

    The Android TV Software constantly needs restarting. After installing 3 apps, the storage was full and needed external storage. It would constantly disconnect from external storage as well. My Google Chromecast w/Android TV runs better.

    This TV will die on you just after the warranty expires. Sony has killed my TV after a forced software update and refuses to do anything about it. Not even a forced factory reset will work. TV is now frozen on "erasing" screen.

    Bought this TV specifically for Xbox series X. As of today (2/4/21) there is still no support for VRR, ALLM, and Dolby atmos will not work over EARC with 120 FPS. Will update rating if they ever fix this.
