The person helping us showed us what she wanted. She wanted to get it. Me being me I had done some research before going. I started asking questions and asked to see the Sony. Person helping us was very knowledgeable. Graphics and motion on fast action so much better than the one the wife was wanting. I rarely watch much TV. Wife is now always camped out watch TV. Maybe if Sony made stoves ... LOL

Additionally the 2 young men who delivered and installed the TV the following week were great representatives of your store and the Geek squad. They were courteous, professional, and their interpersonal skills were such that it was very comfortable having them in our home - a very rare thing in this day and age.
