Speakers are turned off when headphone is used.

My 10 years old Sony 52 inch has been good. I bought it from BestBuy for about $2400. This TV was on sales for $1399 so I decided to give myself an early Christmas gift. Sony made a very BIG mistake. The headphone output, when connected, CUT off the speakers. And there is nothing in the setting to allow both. On the old TV, if I use external speakers, the TV speakers shut off. When I use the RCA output for headphone, the speakers do not get turnoff. I hope Sony can look at this and do a SOFTWARE FIX for this issue. The consumers should have the option to allow the speakers to be turn ON or OFF.
