Hi justme, We're sorry to hear that you're having an issue with the speakers. Sound on conventional TVs with a speaker located below the screen is often out of sync with the picture. Our Acoustic Multi-Audio™ includes two sound-positioning tweeters at the back of the TV that enable sound to follow the action for a truly immersive experience. You can configure various settings related to the TV’s sound such as sound quality and sound mode. The actual display may vary or some settings may not be available depending on your model/country/region, TV settings, and the connected device. Press the HOME button, then select [Settings] — [Display & Sound] — the desired option.
