He answered all questions we had. There was no pressure. He made our purchase easy. Also, the installation team of Frank Morgan and Sam (I do not know his last name) were extremely knowledgeable, polite and professional.

The picture is good but found out once assembled the stand is kind of odd. The tv had a lot of tilt (backward) to it and with it being on a taller tv stand it looked kind of awkward. Returned it and the next wasn't as bad but did the same. Not a good design.
