For some reason, reps on phone couldn’t figure out problem. Finally went to store & great manager worked for almost two hours to finally get me an upgraded TV. Did not use Best Buy installation but brought home in car & my techie sister, installed with success.

Miscommunication on installation work order resulted in a 5 day delay in getting the system hooked up. Instructions on work order weren’t clear enough. When the installer came back the second time he was able to perform the installation.

Great Picture, love the features , set up was easy, speakers could be ungraded but I have a sound bar which compensates for this Issue is I have found the TV forces a weekly reset the last several weeks, as the streaming platforms lockout up and do not play properly .... I think there is something wrong with the processor as I have a 50" which works perfectly. I have resorted to double checking my 50" TV when I run into this problem with the 65" ... to ensure the streaming platforms are working properly --- During these issues .. the 50" works perfectly and the 65" regardless of the proposed fixes fails to work properly

I have a little learning curve with the remote and the sound bar. There’s a little delay and sound when you switch from one channel to the next. I do not know if that’s a function of streaming or that’s just how the device works.

Sony - 65" Class X950H Series LED 4K UHD TV

Wall mounted to save space, the only issue I see from previous TV's is the lack of some programming items, the menus do not include as many TV set up options as previous Sony TV's.

Unable to listen to tv using headphones while the rest of the family listens without it is either one or the other. My old Sony I could do both. Would not recommend this TV.

The only negative is that almost some of my components, DVD and Sony wireless headphones need different connectors from my old SONY set. This has led to me needing to purchase new cables. One of which I have not been able to get yet.

Due to COVID I have not visited him to see the product, although he assures me he is quite satisfied.
