The original Geek Squad guy did not install the feet properly, which meant the TV slanted backwards....not optimal viewing. When I tried to call/text the installer (Stephen) I got no response. I had to return to the store and arrange for a second team of installers, who were very helpful

Great TV for the price

We bought this as a replacement for a 10 year old Sony Bravia. The main issue I have, and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5, is the stand. Very flimsy for such a heavy TV. When we have it, there isn’t a way to wall mount it and the stands for it aren’t the best. Other than that, great buy.

They, also, ensured the Apps we wanted were installed and running before they left.

The instructions for set up were a little lacking - even for snapping in the stand supports I needed to find help online. The operational set up was easy to do. The installation and follow up by Geek Squad was poor. Tech brought a trainee whom was very incapable. Tech more focused on training that doing what I paid for. Numerous things wrong, biggest is sound is not in sync with video

Sony needs to make the power cords longer so you can combine with other wires to limit wire exposure on the wall. This is my second Sony and I'm happy with them, but the power cord barely reaches the outlet with the TV mounted.

The people who delivered had never seen one before and had to call for help to put the legs on it. They didn’t execute the setup correctly and I have to use two remotes. I have to wait almost three weeks for tech to complete setup.

TV - Sound Issues, Best Buy - Professionals

Had to turn off TV, unplug the power cord, plug back then go back to the apps for the sound to play. This is after checking for updates and clearing the cache and switching to a network cable from WiFi. Deal breaker. At times, the picture quality was just amazing then other times grainy, unfocused or took a long time to focus. I thought there was going to be a problem returning it but not one bit of an issue. The Best Buy service members were just a professional and reassuring to get the process completed. They even located the TV at another store that I exchanged for so I am moving along back to a Samsung.
