After research, I had to pull out plug connected to the electrical socket. After about a minute, restarted the tv and got the audio back.

WiFi randomly quits

I’ve experienced a couple instances where the WiFi is disconnected and will not recover without unplugging the tv for a couple of minutes. Unacceptable for a tv at this price point.

I am not a gamer and cannot comment from that perspective. Viewing angles is average. Android TV hung once on me and had to reboot. We had an Apple TV before and Android TV is for sure a downgrade.

However I switched over to Samsung 7 years ago and really thought highly of the picture quality and bells and whistles. My 60” Samsung bit the dust and went shopping for a new larger 65” tv. The salesman swayed me to getting the Sony, had it for a week tried to like it but didn’t have the same sharpness my prior Samsung. Returned it to Best Buy and no questioned asked. Spent a few bucks more and ended up getting the Samsung Q80, far superior on every front over the Sony in my opinion.
