Learn from my mistake

They push system patches that break the sound on the tv frequently. Always having to hard reset or uninstall and reinstall apps has driven me to the point of writing this dumb review. Should have went with the Samsung even with all their bloat ware. Lesson learned also insane they did have hdmi 2.0 on this especially being that the ps5 came out in the same year. But I digress. Again, avoid this tv.

Is the HDMI cable connected to the HDMI ARC port on the TV and on the sound system? In this case, you can isolate this issue by following the troubleshooting steps from the link below:

Great Picture, Too Many Issues

Fast forward 8 months later, and shadows started appearing on the TV. After several conversations Sony replaced the TV. I got the new one about a month ago, and this replacement unit shuts off on its own, or turns on on its own. They troubleshooted, and the same thing keeps happening. At this point I’m going to have to go with another brand if Sony can’t help.
