However, the installation of the product was frustrating. The delivery and installation did not occur when scheduled and I received no notice in advance. Rescheduling was frustrating. The installation was done quickly with very little efforts to train me on using the technology.

Press the HOME button, then select [Settings] — [Display & Sound] — the desired option. This will allow you to adjust the TV picture settings to fine-tune your TV experience. Wasn’t happy with picture

I just could not get the picture to the quality that I like. I would not recommend this TV.

We do apologize if you're not satisfied with the picture quality of the television. The picture quality of the television will depend on the source that you're playing. So for example, when a video in Standard quality is being scaled up and played back, the quality will look poor, even on an HDTV. A video must have high definition quality to be played back at high quality on an HDTV.
You can also configure various settings related to the TV display such as color and brightness for picture quality, or screen size.

Learn to keep your promises

I was told that someone forgot to put it on your end of the trip schedule. The second scheduled visit was by 2 men who are outside non- Geek Squad employees. When they started to hook up the two remote speakers they found that no wires were on their list of items to be picked up. So they could not complete the work. So we had no TV. The third visit was also by 2 men who did no work for Best Buy. Again no wire was ever sent to us as promised. Lucky for us the lead man had wire in his truck and could make all three kinds from the one he had in his truck. In the middle of all that Ricky Price went on vacation and Kyle Dolan never answered any of our calls or emails.

On some screens, sports and fast action scenes go by in a blur. Our Motionflow XR refresh rate technology keeps movement smooth and clear, allowing fast moving action sequences in sports and movies to be seen with lifelike clarity which results in less motion blur and afterimage, more flowing motion. As a suggestion, you can configure various settings related to the TV display such as motionflow and cinemotion settings for picture quality to smooth out any content.
Verify if the issue occurs on other channels and other video sources eg. Cable box, Signal Channels, Blu-ray Player, Playstation, or any other external input.

Terrible customer service

What I learned recently is that this means nothing. I spent thousands of dollars recently on appliances as well as a new Sony Bravia TV. It stayed in the box in my house until I could have it mounted after my cable was set up. This took about a month between the time Best Buy delivered it and the time the box was out but the power cable was damaged and did not work. I called Best Buy to ask them to send me a replacement. They told me they could not since it was under warranty and I had to call Sony. When I called Sony they confirmed that the television was under a year warranty but that the accessories including the power adapter are not. For this reason I am no longer a Best Buy customer. I am, however an Amazon customer where I was able to go and get the power cord for less than $10. Best Buy should stand behind their products regardless of the manufacturer. Poor customer service
