Works great. Easy to install and great basic remote.

Worked right out of box for my sony tv and receiver.

The controller almost set itself up on several devices.

Once I learned the location of the all the buttons, it was easy to sync my three devices to just one remote. Furthermore, we can now manipulate devices from our bed setting, rather than get up each time to change entertainment device, channels etc just because range was too far away.

Lost the remote on my TV so I went to Best Buy and ask which universal remote they recommend. Have use this on my TV and very easy to use and to find the data to program all your devices on. Love it now I have one remote for all four of my devices

Our old remote had stopped working, so we did some research & purchased this one. It was easy to program & has worked perfectly. We are very happy with this remote.

good -- i worry a little bit about losing the manual which has all the secret codes, but it's a good remote because it includes an 'auto program' feature too.

Good programmable remote for all devices. Can seek out and learn your device, albeit with some features not fully functional. Still an excellent replacement remote.

Never did get it programmed to the TV that I needed it for. And it wouldn't program to any of the other 3 tvs that r in my home

Solid quality and good button feel. I have multiple Sony units but this remote offers few of the functions for the units I have. They are older and maybe that's why. Makes a nice spare with a few of the functions.

Many of the products that I was using the remote for were already Sony products so it came already programmed for all of them right out of the package. The buttons are nicely grouped according to function.

I use this mainly when I travel been to a va guest house more than once and a previous guest walked away with the remote for the tv. So I bring my own.

Dog ate my remote to my new tv! I thought it would be a hassle and take forever to replace! Figured it would be expensive and need to be special ordered. Went to my local Best Buy and an awesome sales guy fixed me up right away!

For the price, this remote is nice. I use it to control my TV, cable box and receiver. And the build quality seems to be nice too.

Bought this as a replacement for my dad's tv remote. Worked perfectly out of the package. The old remote would not adjust the volume anymore and had a tough time turning the tv on and off. This replaced the old one. He is much happier now.

Nice remote but after a year remote stopped working so I have replaced with same remote.

My BluRay remote was lost and this was a perfect replacement. The codes that were in the attached manual didn't work out but there's an auto-find selection that worked great to access my TV, my receiver, and BluRay player. Success.

It seems OK! Has a button or 2 that just don't function ( i.e.; return or last channel button) .
