The installation was rapid, clean, and congenial with the expert Geek Squad installation! This like many others I have enjoyed at Best Buy was a positive and pleasant experience for ALL of us! It is not an Android TV though, which would cost another $800 - $1000. I didn't give it 5 stars as the operating system can freeze occasionally. Perhaps a software update will fix this annoyance.
