    TV only lasted three years before the screen started to accumulate dark clouding around the edges of the frame. After that, the blue tint of death took over. Also had issues with the HDMI inputs from day one. I've had luck with Sony products of every ilk, but this time I regret not getting an extended warranty.

    we purchased this tv just over a year ago, and go figure at the moment we ran out of factory warranty screen goes black. Worst tv out there, never buying another sony product in my life. Stay Away From Sony Televisions. but cheap tvs they last longer Sony total Garbage.

    This tv sucks, it keeps goin off and it keeps switching the language on its own. And very difficult to switch back to English. I hate this TV

    One by one, the HDM ports have broken. We moved in new home 9/5/19 and had TV professionally installed. Today, 9/24/20, the final HDM port quit. Multiple attempts to call Sony 800 # and only get a recording. Never Sony again.

    My TV started turning itself on and off and the sound would go up to highest. Sony replaced it but I was without a TV for 2 weeks

    I bought this as a gift for my parents and the screen went black and jot working, had A technician came to see what’s going on and he said not worth fixing it. It’s a joke after just bought it 1.5 yrs

    First off the interface is super slow Secondly the picture gets pixelated Thirdly you can’t add apps! So basically it’s a low low low end TV for the price!

    Absolutely love this tv...i have had other smart tvs..but this 70 inch has a beautiful picture...i was skeptical at first because of the few bad reviews...but i dont know why because the screen is super bright...the 4k is stunning the colors are so crips and bright the dark scenes are plenty dark...honestly i don't know why some buyers knock it for a remote when a remote is well a remote...as for its brightness its plenty bright...for its price you can't go wrong with this tv...i highly recommend this sony tv...a 70 inch 4k hdr with 3 hdmi and a beautiful huge screen...you will not be disappointed...highly satisfied customer...thank you Sony.

    Both this tv a few weeks ago, and Im very disappointed with the picture quality, I tried to adjust the settings to better it but it doesn't work. If I a product is not great, why companies put it in the market

    Very Unhappy! Bough this Sony 70 inch tv 2.5 years ago and it blew up. Bought 2 year warranty and of course it’s expired!!! Nothing but problems with TVs from Best Buy

    Had problems since day 1. Sony has been a nightmare and won’t honor warranty. “Customer service” is a joke to them.

    I was not intending on buying a TV this soon, however, on Thanksgiving my 65 inch curved Samsung was broken by one of the kids playing games. (Only 10 mos. Old) While searching for a new TV, I thought I was going to stick with Samsung until I saw this TV. Can't beat the price and this TV is indeed an HDR! Like another person posted you can view this on Sony's website and when the box was delivered to my home, it also had a giant HDR label on the box. Not sure why Best Buy does not have this listed on the advertisement? Comparing this to my Samsung, there is none. Very happy to be back with Sony once again!

    It was like watching the old box TVs, remember those? The motion refresh rate is so low you see shadows when there’s movement, etc
