The only bad thing is that they kept changing the delivery date and it took them way longer than the date that I was told for delivery which it was very frustrating.

Good, but not great for the price

I has a great picture, this size is just right for our space, but the picture just doesn't say I'm worth $2,000. I think this TV is really valued more at $1,000. I don't want to put it down too much, it is a great TV, but I just expected a clearer and more in-depth, prettier picture.

bad picture thru cable box

Thenpicture is really good and i really like the google platform. They are older so i wanted an easy platform for them to use. They stream no problem on it.

Great Sony upscaling

It falls in that price point where you get the most for your money. I considered the TVs that compete with it (Samsung Q80C, Hisense U8K, TCL QM8, and LG QNED 85). The Samsung and LG options were similarly priced, while the TCL and Hisense options were slightly less expensive. I watched/read a number of professional reviews. In the end, what made my decision was Sony's outstanding upscaling. I watch a great deal of older content that is not available in 4K, and much of it is not available in 1080p. This sort of content simply looks better on Sony's TVs.
