Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding the XR75X90L. We're pleased to know that you generally enjoy the TV, but we're sorry to hear about the issue of the screen going black and requiring a restart. This may be a temporary malfunction, and we’d like to help you resolve it. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:

• Power Reset: Unplug the TV power cord from the wall outlet (or from the back of the TV if the power cord is detachable), wait for two minutes, then plug the power cord back in.
• Power Restart: Using the remote control, press and hold the POWER button until "Power off" appears on the screen, then select "Restart". Alternatively, you can restart the TV from the menu: Press the Quick Settings button on the remote, then select Settings → System → Restart → Restart.
• Check Connected Devices: Disconnect all devices (including external USB devices, hard drives, and HDMI-connected devices) from the TV. Turn on the TV and check if the issue persists. If the TV works fine, reconnect the devices one at a time to identify if any specific device is causing the problem.
• Software Update: Keeping your firmware updated can enhance the functionality of your TV and address any performance-related issues. For more information on how to update your software, please visit the following link:
