Pretty let down by Sony

My television freezes pretty often. To fix it I have to unplug it. It did have a great picture! If your going to want to use it for apps an other such smart television related stuff this isn’t the tv for that. It will freeze up often.

To help resolve this without needing to unplug it often, please first try a soft reset by holding the power button on the remote for five seconds until the TV restarts. Also, please check your TV's settings to ensure your system and all streaming apps are running the latest software version, as this often fixes stability issues. Best Buy Techs delivered, installed and hauled away old television. Excellent. Did leave behind a small mess of debris i had to clean up. I was happy too. No problem.

First of all I probably will never buy another LG product again due to their terrible customer satisfaction concerns which I will not get into. The Sony looks good but the menu can be kind of cumbersome. I wished that I had purchased three Samsungs.
