We appreciate your honest feedback about reflections in a bright room. The X90L is designed with a high-contrast VA panel that delivers incredible blacks and a vibrant picture, but like many TVs, it can be susceptible to reflections from very bright light sources. For rooms with a lot of natural light, we recommend adjusting your blinds or curtains to minimize glare, which can further enhance your viewing experience.

You've made an excellent choice! We're very happy that you love the stunning 4K HDR visuals and amazing performance of this TV. We're sorry you've been running into difficulty. You can output sound from both the TV speakers and headphones at the same time by satisfying some conditions.

To output sound from both the TV speakers and headphones: Connect your external audio device to the digital optical port of your TV using a digital optical cable (not supplied).

Note: If you connect your external audio device to the TV headphone jack, the HDMI ports, or through a Bluetooth connection, the TV can't output sound from both the TV speakers and the audio device at the same time.

For best picture quality, we recommend not exposing the screen to direct illumination or sunlight and avoiding installing the TV in a room with reflective walls and floor materials. This TV has picture settings which allows a wide array change of color, contrast, motion settings, and brightness that can improve the viewed content on your TV.
