    Picture messing up less than a month in

    i wanted to like this tv but unfortunatley I'm going to have to return it. I've not been happy with the anti-glare feature that it's supposed to have and the tv started messing up less than a month after we got it - it splits into two screens while watching tv via antenna and while watching streaming cable tv the picture will disappear, yet the sound will remain.

It is unfortunate to hear that you are having a picture issue with your XR-75X95K within less than a month of use. This is definitely not the experience we were hoping you would have. If you still have the unit, we'd like to help you troubleshoot the problem. For your glare issue, some of this problem can be fixed by adjusting the light sensor settings of the TV so it can optimize its brightness according to ambient light. You can also adjust various settings related to the TV display such as color and brightness to further isolate the problem.

      For your picture issue when watching TV program with an antenna, actual signal strength/picture quality may vary depending on a variety of factors including building structure, neighboring buildings and trees, weather, and the type of antenna used. Signal strength may be weak when using an indoor antenna or in hilly areas. To ensure that you are getting the most out of the TV when using an antenna, please ensure that you are using a high quality 75-ohm coaxial cable and the antenna cable is not loose or disconnected. Make sure as well that the cable or cable connector of antenna is not damaged. You may also try upgrading to a higher gain antenna if the issue persists.

    Average improvement from from full array TV at double the cost and forget about controlling with Alexa. Does not fuction.

      Regarding the issue with the Amazon Alexa, your TV may not respond to the Amazon Alexa™ commands if you have network issues in your home. To resolve this issue:
      1. Use a different wireless router
      2. Reduce the number of devices connected to the same router

    Blooming and Raised Bkack Bars. I bought this TV but it has not been delivered yet. I saw the 65X95K on display at Best Buy and in movie mode meaning watching a movie not full screen, black bars were raised and contrast in general was not really that good compared to the Samsung QLED. I’m still getting it delivered and will check it out for myself but I believe that the cost of the TV versus what I think is going to be just a far picture it’s not worth it. I’ll give Sony a chance

    Only works for a month

    If I could give this zero stars I would. We purchased this tv and owned it 29 days before the screen started randomly going black. Best Buy replaced it , which was a painful and time consuming process, with a new one and within 40 days the new tv did the same thing. It would also randomly just light up only the first column of led lights. We thought we were buying a quality product. Won’t be buying anymore Sony products.
