The picture is so real that is just incredible. I don't know how I have watched tv without this tv. It is great for basketball and football as well as any movie. The color is so real and I cannot say enough great things about it. We added the soundbar and subwoofer and we now have a great home theater. It works great in with the lights on or in the dark. You cannot go wrong with this TV

This is the direct replacement for that TV with up to date technology...We loved our old one, why wouldn't we love the new one? HDMI 2.1 on all 4 HDMI inputs compared to only 2 on the OLED that we were looking at. Deeper blacks than what we were used to, and 120hz refresh rate make movies, TV shows, and PS5 games so much better. Seemlessly paired up with our HT-A7000 as well.

Big screen, gorgeous picture

We already have a Bravia 950H in the bedroom and are really happy with it. So getting a new Sony TV to replace the OLED was an easy choice. This. I do LED panel is one of the only 10 bit TVs I know of. This is the first year Sony has a mini LED TV. The picture is fantastic. The only gripes I see in reviews are a bit of blooming on an entirely black screen. I never noticed blooming on the 950H after watching it a couple of hours a day. Or that it only has 2x HDCP 2.2 HDMI ports (I don’t need more than one!). The X95K is plenty bright and the picture is clear, even watching sports. The OLED is a better picture, but not by a big measure. The important thing to do when you first get the TV is to set the HDMI ports to extended video setting. Without the setting turned on, a lot of the picture is sub par - like missing antialiasing on straight lines and less colorful picture. We got the 75” screen, so we get a much better 4K experience. The bigger the screen, the less close you have to be to see full 4K. It’s like 6 to 8 feet for perfect viewing for a 65” TV.

Colors, blacks, software, and picture are all 5 stars. I LOVE watching everything on it…no exaggeration. I have it hooked up to a Denon home theater audio system and the sound is also incredible. Highly recommend to anyone buying a large TV you will not be disappointed. Thank you Sony for an amazing product I love it.

I read the specs and use them as a screening device to narrow the filed for me to go look at and but to bring home for the ultimate test. Had a 65" 90j from a year or so ago in my smaller bedroom HT and it was a nice TV to be sure. But was intrigued by the new mini-LED Sonys and read up a bit. Decided to buy a 65" for the bedroom and took it home to test it out. I like bright TVs and this one really took the prize on that score. Colors were so natural and even watching in the daytime yielded a realistic accurate picture. Pretty much head on viewing from the bed so off axis viewing not a real issue, although my moving to the sides did not cause a significant degradation. Also, I'd be remiss if I did not mention the remote. Had previously used all Harmonys for my HT controller. Decided to try the included remote. It worked like a charm. Very easy to control the entire HT system and all attached devices. eARC HDMI from the TV to the Sony STR-DN1080. BTW, fine receiver for smaller systems (the bedroom system is the Sony TV, the Sony receiver, and the DefTech ProCinema 800s with dual subs and extra ProCinema speakers for additional surrounds and height speakers. We were so impressed I went out and bought the 75" for my main HT. Hooked it up and was absolutely blown away. Same experience that we had in the bedroom but with 10" additional screen space to boot. Beautiful in broad daylight as well as late night dark room viewing. Colors not artificially enhanced to levels that are painful to look at but very realistic yet still "pop" on the screen - in short, gorgeous. Off-axis viewing not bad at all even at a relatively strep angle (it did fall off some after that, but not from any reasonable configuration we had for the seating. Think you would have to be really off-axis to notice a significant effect. In short, absolutely ecstatic with the set and how it fits into our system. Use the eARC channel for all sound and run the cable and 4k player to the TV and then sound through the eARC cable to the AV prepro and the sound is stunning: full, surround effects properly located, great soundstage and beautiful range from deep lows to highs. Marantz AV7706, Outlaw Audio 7900 amp and Mirage HDT speaker system with extra matching Mirage HDT-Rs as extra surround rears and height speakers. Dual SVS PB12-Plus subs complete the main system. In short, and audio Valhalla. Highly recommended.

For mini led, white and black are outstanding. Due to house windows configuration we really needed the extra glare protection this has, and that has worked great. You may also find deals on open box. Pick this if you watch tv during the day or watch sports. For only night time viewing and movies, OLED is a better bet
