    Note to self, do your own research because the salesman didn’t tell me that this was android, and I’m all Apple. I spent way to much to not be able to use its full potential

    Excellent tv, however after a few years it had developed an issue of turning itself on randomly, and also sometimes when first turned on, it’ll turn off and reboot itself. Not sure what causes it.

    There’s a beautiful TV. The image is outstanding. However at least three times while we are watching a movie the image completely blurs and we have to turn the TV off unplug the power strip and redo it all. Needless to say Best Buy will not do anything about it because we purchased total protection and it would’ve required total protection plus geek squad which they failed to mention. Also the voice command does not work sometimes and simply says “command will not work on this device”. Again we are stuck with that now too. For $3000 I suggest you be very very careful. I have learned my lesson and I hope one day somebody holds Best Buy accountable for their vague policies.

    I purchased Sept 2018. Recently it started getting green disturbed imagine across the screen. Very annoying because it will come on and off. Last time was during a PPV boxing fight.

    . like for every 1hr or less the volume go up just for seconds its something reallyfast and it will return to normal again. The store warranty is just 14 days. I only have like a month with my tv. Its a 75inch sony bravia xbr75×850 led smart

    every few days I need to disconnect the power to the tv and reconnect it .... then press remote power at least 3 times before it turns on.... twice a week I have to do this...

    I purchased this tv after being convinced by the sales associate. Well, it’s clear that they were being told to try and get rid of this tv. After I got it home, I noticed some cloudy grey areas in the corners of the tv. The next day, I had to reconnect the WiFi, and had to do the same every day after. Streaming would cut out in the middle of shows as well. Checked my speeds on other devices and they all worked fine with my house having over 100mbps. They tv also leans back when sitting on a level tv stand. After dealing with these issues I finally read some reviews and sure enough, many others had the same issues. Returned it and got the Samsung Q6F. Huge difference. Sony just doesn’t top the tv space anymore.

    850F I don't recommend to anyone. I am a loyal sony customer for years. Sony blew it on this TV. If you are going to buy a 75" the best bang for your buck by far is the 950G. Nothing compares best TV I have ever owned. Easy installation and operation, connectivity and OS system is outstanding. Best TV out there for the price point hands down.

    TV has purple dots in it, but the store promises to make it right and send someone out to look at it. Overall it’s a decent 75” TV.

    had tv approx. 3 weeks and it has a line through it. never thought I would ever pay $3k for a tv but when I did thought I purchased the best of the best. not happy they want to send geek squad out to repair instead of replacing. come on, it has only been 3 weeks and haven't even had to make a payment yet. NOT HAPPY !!
