TV picture is great, which is why I bought it. The ONLY flaw I've seen while watching is the motion across or zooming into golf course greens. The "moving" grass is blurred and streaky, like green paint applied with a brush, until the motion stops. I've tried every "Motion" option but nothing changes that. It's minor, and may affect every UHD TV...I don't know, this is my first. The other isssues are software related. Pandora locks up regularly, somethimes requiring a TV reset. You can't get to just any internet URL, only those locked in by SONY. And the audio output is a mystery to me. I'm using optical output for sound going from TV to receiver. The TV "Mute" function mutes the optical output for NON Dolby Digital programs only, not for any channel giving "Dolby Digital" sound as indicated on the "Display" menu. Yeah, weird and annoying. The important wireless internet function....firmware download...worked fine to get me to the current REV. Fortunately, my main use of this TV is as a TV, and for that it was easy to set up and gives as good a picture as I could ask for.

Super nice 4K HDR TV for the money. They display gets super bright beautiful picture quality! Has really great specs for the money. Not the top of the line as their higher end series that they offer but this a solid mid range to high end mid range tv. You get a lot for your money for this TV. I would highly recommend it. I bought the 75 inch for my living room and the same model in a 55 inch for my master bedroom. Highly pleased and impressed with it. I have owned them both for a year now at the time of writing this review.

I remember purchasing one of the 1st FALD Units from Best Buy at the end of 2008 which was the Samsung Flagship 55LNa900 and it is still running great. Now this Mid range Sony 75900E FALD display does not have as many zones as the almost 10 yr.old Samsung, but has better PQ and is 20 inches larger in screen size. IMO it was worth the current price that i also one week later purchased the 65900E for the Master bedroom.

I researched 75" TVs for about 12 months before I finally decided on the Model: XBR75X850E and boy am I glad I did ....I'm exactly 14 feet from where my TV sits and my living room is very dark and this picture is amazing ..... I basically ignored all of the negative reviews about the fact that this model is only "Edge Lit" trust me unless you have some kind of bionic vision like the Terminator or something you will be more than thrilled with this model. The smart features are a bit overwhelming but very easy to navigate and making adjustments to the picture is very user-friendly. The 4K UHD content looks absolutely amazing....I mean really breathtaking. This TV has far exceeded my expectations..... Thank you Sony for amazing product at a ridiculous price. This has been a great tv. Clear picture and the color is phenomenal.

I picked up an LG 65” B7 which is a beautiful TV but I knew right away that I should have went for a 75” set. I was hesitant to pull the trigger and return the OLED LG since the picture was beautiful but this Sony is incredible! I’m sure there are differences but to my eye the Sony looks just as good as the LG and the extra 10” is icing on the cake. If you’ve got the space, run, don’t walk to buy this Sony. UHD content on the Amazon app will blow your mind!

Firts I bought a LG oleas 65",then did't like the size of the screen at the house,great tv don't get me wrong.but I went back to my local store Best buy at glendale.after 40 day and I look at the Sony XBR75900E I like very much.return the LG,now I have the SONY great TV .beautiful picture recomend this TV is exellent.

This TV is great for watching sports and movies, the color is so lifelike and the picture is superb.

I Just upgraded from a 60 inch 1080p Sharp tv made in 2010 to this TV,i got the 75 inch 900E, first off i play Halo 5 alot and when i put the TV in graphics mode to plays Halo its lag input was about the same maybe a tiny bit slower but the picture was amazing,also when i watch local news it looks terrible .because now i have a big picture and RED Colors are dominate,been calibrating it everyday,but when i feed this TV 4K content WOW. it looks amazing ,stranger Things netflix 4K HDR looks amazing..Im happy with my purchase.just wish there were more 4K content .

This is an amazing TV The picture is crisp. The features are awesome. It looks really nice and clean on the wall. Cost to run is great. And lots more to brag about.

I first purchased the 65 in x850E i was so disappointed i ended up returning it because the rim lighting didnt work for me and the size. I bought this. You really cannot get a whole lot better. Im blown away with this model!!!

We bought our Tv on Thursday October 5 2017 and it was dead with in 4 days. We had the red light flashing 4 times which from my understading is a backlight malfunction.

I have the 75x850D, it broke twice and dealing with sony has been a nightmare. If you buy a sony product you need to get bestbuy geeksquad, you never want to ever deal with sony.

Loses sound w/Sonos bar. Internet connect issues .

Purchased this TV 3 years ago and have loved it. But today all I can see is green and pink lines. Resetting, Unplugging, Sony help etc. have not resolved the issue. It sounds like an expensive repair or total replacement is in my future. Really disappointing for a Sony product

Just got the 900E 75 inch hooked up by the Best Buy delivery guys. Picture is terrible. Washed out, colors are dull. Tried adjusting the advanced settings, but the set just doesn't have enough power to produce the signal. My 10 year old LCD XBR 52 inch puts it to shame. Totally disappointed. Going to look at the LG OLED.

Led on the front blinks 4 times repeatedly. Will not power on. Sony refuses to support anything older than one year. Never buying Sony again.
