After you adjust, it is wonderful. The updates and in TV controls are not very intuitive. The sound is ok. A Sound Bar really makes things come alive, but make sure it is compatible.

New technology should make such integrations easier, not harder. I still have hope...the Geek Squad is on the way!

Sony does not work with the MLB channel. We also had a whole home wi go installed and the Geek Squad left and all was not working. A second installer could not solve the issue so he disconnected the Orbi wi-fi, which let us watch tv. A 3rd tech eventually resolved the issue, but it should have been resolved right away. We also added a remote control that can be programmed as devices are added but with no explanation on making changes. This I can resolve myself, but we paid for services not done correctly. I would recommend the TV but not the installation process. If you use their service, take a few hours to make sure things work as expected.
