Thank you Sony
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am impress about this Tv "5 Stars" This is my 3rd Sony Tv that I buy. The black level is getting close to an OLED...I am mean it’s close. No problems and no issues with this Tv so far. Operates like a Rolex flawless. You will understand more when you will see the bright colors and the black level of this Tv - it’s like space black...you look at this Tv and you wander if this is an OLED, I mounted on my living room and it’s just a beauty. But be carful because when you grab this Tv...it’s wobbling and that was the part that made me nervous! I receive over a month 2-3 updates from Sony. No glitches or errors that I can see. Best Buy 5 years warranty was very expen$ive! "1 Star" My dream will be to see the Sony 77" OLED under 4K... HDR is supported only from 2 HDMI out of 4. The back is plastic the frame is aluminum and the LED it’s spectacular and you will love it. 3D is dead don’t worry! Best Buy - Thank you Marcelo from El Cajon store " 5 Stars "

Beautiful in every aspect
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this TV to replace a Visio M 70. After only two short years two back light panels of LEDs went dim on the Vizio. The Sony is brighter, crisper, handles motion much better and looks stunning. Many people talk about the user interface. It is a little slow and clunky, but most people will soon be using peripherals rather than the built-in “smart” features. I paired this with the Apple TV 4K and it’s better than going to the theaters. *I do not use the tv’s built in sound unless it’s for regular tv late at night when I don’t want any bass. I use a Sony sound bar with Dolby Atmos because I am in a small apartment where I can’t run wires to the back. I encourage anyone considering the OLED to take a second look at this, especially for gaming. The burn in issue is real on OLED and not an issue on this TV. That was the determining factor between this and the A8f when I went to purchase my new TV.

Great TV
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Easy to set up. Colors are astonishing, this past weekend was looking at the old James Bond movie "thunderball", could not believe how crisp the colors were. My wfe even acknowledged how great the picture looked.

Fantastic TV for the $$$$
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Easy Setup, Great Picture Quality, Very Good Sound not Surround but close. Debated in the store between the 800 & 900. The backlit tech vs the edge lit was the game changer picture is so much brighter and the upgraded processor gets rid on motion blur and higher refresh rate. Better grab it before it's gone being replaced in 2020 by the 950 at almost double what we got the 900f for on sale. We could have saved a few $$ by changing brands but they did not hold up on performance. Want a true home theater for a great price the Sony X900F is the ticket.

Returned a Samsung for x900f
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had bought a Black Friday 75in Samsung q6 and had the TV for a few weeks. After trying with the TV it just wasn't what it should have been. I went and exchanged it for the 900f. This tv is fantastic all around. Don't worry too much on input lag for gaming I did not notice a difference between 40ms and 20ms even in fast paced fps games. The TV upscales low quality content like Threes Company (lol) extremenly well which is a big deal for a 75in 4k.tv. it has great local dimming and the image is noticably sharper and cleaner. The big thing i got this tv was for motion halndling which it does pheonimally. The Samsung was bad even after adjusting out all settings I could see lag in a golf swing it drove me nuts. If your debating between the Samsung q6 and this, spend the extra money and get this fantastic tv.

Great value and quality
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. One year ago I bought the 65" for my family lounge and this year I needed something for my media room. Based on the great picture quality, lighting and fast refresh rate I decided to by the 75". I must say that I am very happy. Great value and suburb quality for money ! Much better than the LG and Samsung in the same category !!

Great tv
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For the price it couldn't be beat picture and size is great. I have to say best tv i've owned and gone through a lot of tv's. I dont like spending a lot on tv's, but this one worth the money even though there are tv's that are 6000 dollars out there. I will take this and bank my money it's worth it.

Too dark for dark room, needs a bright room
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had high hopes for this TV and was purchased in preparation for the World Cup. Setup was super easy however the Android OS leaves something to be desired. Perhaps its me as all my other TVs are Samsung. As far as the TV performs, I do NOT recommend for a dark room as the picture can't get bright enough for video games and sports. 4K movies look great but if you will be using this primarily for video games and sports, I recommend getting a Samsung Q series. I replaced this tv with the 75" Q8F.

Amazing sony T.V
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.this t.v is amazing. the full back light array is worth the extra money over the lower model Sony for better contrast. i would also highly recommend the geek squad calibration for true color match as it does make a huge difference.

Good Picture fair HDR
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This Sony TV has a good picture especially in Standard Definition. In my opinion it falls a little sort for HDR. It does not compete with OLED HDR picture. This Sony model lacks a bit in brightness. I think the Samsung QLED model has better brightness but lacks in true color rendition. This is were Sony beats all for them. But If you really are looking for the best HDR I would suggest going with OLED TVs. I gave it 3 stars because of the price with the lack of a GOOD HDR light output. This is sold as an HDR TV with all the future formats but I think it falls sort of a good HDR TV. Not bad HDR but not giving me the WOW factor. There may be more reasonable priced HDR TVs that would come close to the performance for much less. I would recommend to a friend with the caveat of it being just a fair to good HDR TV not great. TV gaming is ok for most fast action games but it does have a lag that some gamers may notice. But then again it is a TV and not specifically design for gaming. Not sure if I am going to keep it. I have 45 days to return being and Elite Plus member to make up my mind.
