Regarding the artifacting issues you mentioned when watching certain 4K movies, we recommend performing a quick restart by holding down the Power button on your Sony remote for about 10 seconds. Also, please ensure your TV's software is up to date by going to Settings > System > About > System Software Update.

If you're streaming content through an external device, we also suggest using a premium high-speed HDMI cable to ensure optimal 4K performance and minimize any signal-related artifacts.
