To make sure your TV runs as smooth as possible, we highly recommend downloading and installing the latest software for the TV. If you are experiencing slow, unresponsive issue with the TV, some of these issues can be fixed by simply restarting the TV. To do that, simply press the power button on the remote for about 5-10 secs while the TV is on.
