Sony commitment to customer satisfaction is our top priority. We'd like to know more about the situation you faced with the TV and turn this into a better experience.

The latest software version includes all the benefits and improvements of previous versions, along with other new updates. Unfortunately, it is not possible to install the previous software version after updating. Also, after performing the software update, the TV functions may become slow for a limited period of time. This is due to various system changes being implemented.

If the TV is not working properly after an Android update, you may refer to the troubleshooting steps below to help resolve the issue.

While we're delighted you like the incredible picture quality, we're sorry to hear if the Google TV interface hasn't performed to your standards. To make sure your TV runs as smooth as possible, we highly recommend downloading and installing the latest software for the TV. We also recommend doing a soft reset. Hold down the power button for 5-10 seconds until the restart screen option comes up, select restart and let the TV shutdown and restart itself and see if the problem is still there.
