Wireless connection is an issue.

My main problem with this television is that, I have to unplug it from the power outlet at least 2 twice every week because it won’t connect to the internet. I have four other TVs in the house and Sony Oled is the only one giving me this problem constantly. I am using wi-fi 6 fairly new router and modem from Netgear and this tv is right next to them.

Thank you for the feedback on using your A80J OLED 4K HDR Google TV. We're sorry to hear about the issues with your Google TV can't connect to the internet or Wi-Fi signal drops or loses internet connection. To resolve the issue, restart the TV using the power button on the remote control or the TV. To do that, simply press and hold the Power button until Restart appears on the screen, and then select it to restart the TV.

This TV stopped working after 5 days of usage

I had my ps5 plugged in the HDMI 3 port and while I was playing a video game the walking dead ps4 edition a dark black line drug down my screen and stopped about half way. I have no idea what happened can someone please give me an idea of why the black line appeared. All the cords were connected properly.

Thank you for sharing your feedback on your experience with the A80J. We regret to hear you are having display issues with your TV. We want to make sure that you’re taken care of and go through some troubleshooting with you to make sure your TV is great. If you're experiencing the issue while using an external device, we recommend to verify the physical cable connection between the TV and the device, as well as the device settings. Disconnect the cable from the PS5 and TV and then reconnect the cable. To avoid any issues, please make sure that the HDMI cables you are using are rated for "Premium High Speed" and are at least 18 Gbps (or better). Also, make sure to set the input connected to the HDMI device to "Enhanced format".

While we're delighted that you like the excellent picture quality, we're sorry to learn bands appear on the screen when viewing bright scenes in some games. Organic EL displays (OLED) are built with precision, but differences in brightness may cause slight lines or bands to appear on the screen. These TVs meet the suitable standards. This is not a malfunction.

Unable to use Alexa as it continuously loses connection. I talked with Sony and they said they are aware, yet no resolution. Requires constant wifi reset.
