I get a black screen, or a split screen with same picture on both sides. The get the tv working again I have to do a factory reset

Unfortunately the display broke down and the tv had to be replaced. I had purchased a open box item at a good price but as the tv broke they had to return the tv and they replaced me the amount. I lost a good deal and the tv. I now have to buy a cheaper tv or put in extra money to get the same tv. Very unfortunate i think best buy shall return the original amount of the TV irrespective of the sale price on open box item.

And that's after having to wait for the tv to ship, since Best Buy doesn't keep large TV's in stocks. Returned.
