    Worst streamer of the 5 TVs I own. Picture and sound are superb, but it always has issues hanging up while streaming. Check my signal, 300+ mbs every time. All other TV's no problem. No pause or rewind to help lessen this issue, which is unbelievable for price paid

We would like to clarify if the issue occurs on all of the sources or the built-in applications on the TV like Netflix or YouTube. In addition to performing a power reset, please ensure your TV has the latest firmware installed by going to Help > System Software Update > Software Update.

    Great picture. Great sound. Love the TV. Well at least I did until it stopped working after 6 months. This is a repeat of the last Sony TV I bought 8-9 years ago. If you are reading this review and considering an LG or Sony OLED, do yourself a favor and buy the LG.

    This was a great TV until it stopped working. I have purchased 4 TV LED TV over the years dating back to 2006 and all have been great. The picture was great on this one. After owning for 15 months the TV will not turn on. I called Sony and they said sorry its out of warranty its only 12 month and gave me a number for a repair company. I called them and they don't even fix TV. Not happy spending $3500 on a TV and not getting any service when something goes wrong.

    Spent $3,000 and it didn't even last 2 years!

    TV stopped working in 23 months. Sony said it was out of warranty, and that they have no service area near us. Really?! No service area in Southern California? $3000 Brick

    Had the TV for a few days now and am a bit disappointed with the picture quality having moved up from an LG OLED. Way too many adjustments and they are confusing. Geek Squad installed and now I can't get my Harmony One remote to work properly. It worked fine with my LG. Asked for help and did not get a response!

For this, you can adjust the picture quality of the TV by going to the TV settings, Press the Quick settings (Gear Icon) button on the remote control, then select [Settings] — [Display & Sound] — the desired option. For the harmony one remote, please contact the manufacturer of the remote controller on how to setup the remote with your Sony TV.

    We were not told that to get the "brilliant" picture you had to stream. the "brilliant picture" does not show when you are watching cable. We should have stuck with the $1100 tv we were going to purchase instead of the $3500 we were talked in to.

We'd like to verify if you're also getting poor picture quality on other sources (such as internal apps, internet video device, or other devices like a DVD player)?

      If you are watching from an external output like a cable box, please make sure that you have enabled the Enhanced Format setting on the TV. When you watch 4K picture with High-Quality, use a Premium High Speed HDMI Cable(s) that supports speeds of 18 Gbps.

      The quality of the source is also a big factor in getting an excellent picture quality. Having said that, picture mode settings provide preset adjustments for the type of picture you are viewing. Picture settings also allow a wide array of changes to color, contrast, motion settings, and brightness that can improve the viewed content on your Google TV.

    Harmony remote

    Love the TV. This is my second Harmony remote and the programming is again a problem. Continually having to hit help on the remote to get things functioning. Having sound bar issues speaker switching problems and functionality is terrible. I bought a new TV as the techs were saying that was the problem - evidently not.

    Picked up from the store on 12/24/21. The image quality was amazing. However, the TV turned itself off on 2/8/22 and would not come back on. The red LED on the bottom of the TV gave a 4 flash error. I followed Sony troubleshooting by doing a power reset multiple times which did not fix anything. I was able to return this TV to store and bought a different TV with only a couple of days to spare. Otherwise, I would have to go through Sony’s one year warranty to get it repaired, but who wants to keep a TV that breaks within two months. I got the Best Buy warranty on my new TV ….. which is not a Sony!
