Disappointed in Product and Service
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It's a shame that this TV didn't work out. I really used to think Sony held themselves to a higher standard. And maybe they still do and I just got a dud. But I bought and started using this TV about 65 days ago and now it's dead. It just flashes the main LED light red 4 times and then does nothing. Contacted Sony and instead of any immediate concern or action, they want me to wait for a repair tech. So now I have to figure out how to get a 77" TV off my wall and place it somewhere safely for a repair tech to tear it apart and maybe fix it. And then it may work for another 60 days and break again and I have to do it all over again. Very frustrating. Knew I should've went with LG. Live and learn I guess.
