Beautiful video quality

This is one of the best values in the mid to lower price range. I have been a Canon user for decades and decided to give this Sony a6100 a shot after a recommendation of a friend. I spend close to 30 hours researching and deliberating what mirrorless camera to get for shooting videos. So glad I decided to go with this particular one. I have nothing bad to say about this camera. If you are wonder what mirrorless to get for shooting video, this is worth every penny!

Awesome camera . . . For a beginner

I did some research and most reviews pointed out this camera was hands down one of the best in the range. The stock lens is adequate for closeup and casual photos. You’d want a longer range lens for vistas and distance shots. I got a great deal on a used 55-210 lens online (great condition). Features are very detailed and extensive. Connectivity is also good once you set up the WiFi feature. 4K video is very nice.

I have used the 4K video in church and park settings and the image clarity with the AF tracking is incredible. Lighting in churches can be challenging at times, although this camera needed very few adjustments to achieve great photos. The menu is a little difficult to navigate and definitely takes some getting used to. I would highly recommend to any entry level photographer and new enthusiast as myself.
