    It is the best camera I have used. My first camera was an M50 so this is definitely an upgrade. I would recommend live streaming because the autofocus is so great.

    perfect for videos and taking pictures. love the great price and that i can connect an external mic to it. only downside is the external mic gets in the way of the viewfinder when recording videos

    Camera is GREAT! Customer Service needs work

    I bought my camera brand new but when i took it home and opened the box and to my suprise it was missing the eye cap, adapter, charging cord and the camera was already on with the battery in. The language was set to spanish which i had to figure out how to change. I called customer service and they told me to go back to the store and they will exchange NO PROBLEM!! I went back next day and i explained everyting to Ximena the girl in customer service. She made me feel like i was lying, she questioned me and acted as if i kept these missing items and just wanted to switch. An associate was asked to grab me another camera after Ximena rudely asked me if i wanted a new box. Obviously i did, i did not purchase open box. I was told i would have to pay a “restocking fee” which was $100!!! I did not understand why i had to pay a fee. I bought the camera NEW, the store gave me a USED camera with MISSING items and i have to pay a fee for them to put it back on the shelves..? WHY WOULD YOU EVEN PUT IT BACK ON THE SHELF! I asked to speak to a manager, the associate called for a manager (which NEVER came) and i was asked to sign for a restocking fee on my new camera (WHICH I WAS NOT ASKED TO DO THE FIRST TIME). While i waited for a manager i was asked to open my box and make sure all items were in the box, as about 5-6 associates gathered around to watch me open the box i felt extremely uncomfortable amd embarrased. The inside of my box looked completely different than the first time which i was so shocked bc i cant believe they would sell the first camera that was obviously missing items. My receipt was printed for the exchange and i was told to have a good day. A manager never came out to speak with me, i left feeling terrible. This was an unpleasant and unfortunate experience for me. I have bought my mac book, ipad, beats, airpods, and apple watch at bestbuy bc i am always satisfied with the products and nice staff but this has definitely left me afraid to trust any purchases, unheard from my local store, and i left feeling like i did something wrong. Very disheartening. Other than that the camera is GREAT! I love it, takes great pictures!

    Great value workhorse

    We put this camera to the test right away as part of a multiple camera shoot to record for online worship at a local church due to the coronavirus. It works well, excellent value for the price with an option of 4K (though we haven't used that feature yet. The menus and controls take a little getting used to as I'm a Canon guy, but either way was impressed with the results.
