However this is not a camera you can fall in love with. After using Leica, Olympus’s and Fuji camera’s and their lenses I’ve became spoiled by the color science for these cameras. With this Sony You have to work extra hard in editing to create the magic a photo should have. If it wasn’t for Best Buy’s 15% restocking fee I would have taken all the Sony equipment back. Both the Sony zoom kit lens and the 50 mm f/1.8 standard lens are well made but give poor output. Steer clear.

Great camara for beginners that want a professiona

If your subject is perfectly still you can take pictures in near dark just by changing your iOS settings. Which is just one touch away. The 4k setting is amazing! For recording which is why I decided on buying this one.

Great camera especially in low light

It is a big change from my alpha 550 and is amazing how sharp the photos are. I coach track and have used the video capabilities to film the athletes and the quality has been very good especially indoors with artificial light.
