As a novice photographer and videographer, I researched for quite a while before I settled on the Sony A7iii. For the price, the A7iii is unbeatable. It's a full frame camera with a mic input and headphone jack. It takes 4k video and for simple vlogging, it looks fantastic. Low light has been better than any other camera I've worked with. I have used the Rebel series and the 6D for interior photography and this camera blows them both out of the water. The Rebel series isn't even in the same league. There is a learning curve to this camera so if it's your first foray into photography give yourself some time. It's been incredible to learn with and I have lots of room to grow. I initially bought this camera to do video work but over the course of the pandemic found myself in need of newborn pictures when my second baby was born. Since we were in lockdown it wasn't possible to capture those first days and weeks of our new baby. I picked up my A7iii and after a bit of trial and error and having only shot home interiors, we walked away with some great pictures of our newest family member. I've been able to get great holiday and milestone photos of our family. Because of this camera, I have found a love for photography and a desire to delve deep into it. It's a desire I didn't know I had. The kit lens is ok, there are better lenses but it's a great lens to get started with if you're learning. I have since purchased a couple of primes and an off-camera flash though I did use the kit lens for over a year and still break it out every now and then. Looking back, I thought the price tag was a little high. As I've learned more over the last couple of years, I would say this camera is absolutely worth the money given the quality of images, performance, and features.

This is a great camera that offers a lot of options for folks who may be looking to step up from beginner to inetmediate/advanced photography or videography. The body is light, powerful, and has a wide range of options for lenses. This is the first mirrorless camera I’ve purchased for myself (my precious camera was a Nikon D750) and the switch to this has been much easier than I anticipated. I did end up buying an additonal battery for myself. Love this camera - looking forward to having it for the next 10+ years!

I switched from Canon and have zero regrets. This camera is great in low light and performs exceptionally in both photo and video. The in-body stabilization allows for smooth video off tripod. Back to low light, I crank the ISO beyond 3200 and barely notice any noise. The only con I have so far is the menu. It’s overwhelming at first and does take some getting used to. Almost everything can be customized, so once you get the hang of it, the possibilities are endless.

I've used Nikon DSLR all my life. But Sony a7iii won my heart. It's much lighter in weight and focus is really sharp even with kit lens. It costs little more than Canon or Nikon DSLRs but it's worth every dollar. I'm so glad I purchased Sony a7iii especially at Bestbuy's sale price.

So I picked up this camera after a ton of research. I wanted to grt a camera that recorded in 4k and I wasn't let down. This is pne of the best mirrorless cameras on the market and I couldn't beat the price. The starter lens is great and you need a lens to shoot anything. I would definitely recommend buying this combo pack unless you habe the money to buy another lens when getting this. The 4k is unreal and great for making YouTube videos. The menu set up is a little overwheliming when you first start but easy to learn.

It is a powerhouse of a camera. Easy to use and understanding. Great video and pictures. Also great for beginners.

I purchased 2 of the Sony a7IIIs for a video podcast and both have been an absolute dream. They are pricey, but the ease of use, the quality of the image, and the seamless connection they have to my Blackmagic ATEM Mini Pro has saved me so much time!

This camera is amazing and much more than I know what to do with, but I love a good challenge. I bought it to do my daughter's senior pics and It was worth every penny. I also helped other people who couldn't afford tp do them and they were so happy with the quality of the pictures.

Amazing gift for my wife. This camera is light compact and takes amazing photos. Easy to learn how to use multiple settings highly recommend this camera for portraits sporting events any type of photography.

Where can I begin? 5 years after the release of this revolutionary camera and it is still the most recommend entry level/prosumer full frame body of any system, and for good reason. I first started shooting on the Sony ZVE10 about a year ago and decided to make the leap to the next level without breaking the bank on the newer releases of 2022 and beyond, and this met my needs without question. Even in 2023, I would personally recommend this to anyone who wants to take their photography and videography to new heights. It is phenomenal in low light conditions, takes stellar stills, and professional grade video with HLG picture profiles. Don't let the newer bodies convince you that this camera is anywhere near obsolete, because it isn't. Image quality has somewhat stagnated in the last few years, and there is absolutely no reason to think this camera won't last you another 5+ years. The A7iii is amazing, and you won't regret the purchase.

I absolutely love this camera. As a recording artist, speaker, wife and mother of three. This camera has been the perfect addition to help us capture amazing photos and videos. We are thinking of adding another lens so we can capture our sons sporting events.

The Sony alpha 7 iii is an overall amazing camera with great quality and ergonomics, I’ve loved every second of owning one!

great camera not too heavy but solid almost went with the Canon 90D which is very bulky and very heavy and is discontinued I'm glad i didn't ....very easy to use ..i love it

I have been doing photography for quite some time, I always shot on a canon. But the auto focus on this Sony is very quick. I did the Christmas photos this year with the Sony camera. And it was very fast pace back-and-forth, and nine times out of 10 it was in focus, extremely happy with my purchase. I have to add it is a little bit difficult to get to know the insides of the camera as far as menus and such. But well with it.

I bought the Sony Alpha a7 III camera and it is excellent. The image quality is amazing, autofocus is very fast, and overall performance is outstanding. I am very happy with this camera.
