Easy to use and light weight! I bought this for my husband who is a beginner in photography. He absolutely loved it!

If you are reading this you already know the camera is a great entry level mirrorless camera. Just be sure to update the firmware ASAP. But what you maybe wondering is what about the kit lens? Well for the price it is a good value. It is a 3.5 to 5.6 lightweight zoom lens and it is optically stabilized. For daylight shooting at F8 to F11 the results are quite acceptable. But you go into a low light environment you may find the lens limitations cramping your style a bit. Better to consider the Tamron 28-75 2.8, if you can live with the 28 low end limitation, but is it worth nearly four times the cost of this kit lens? That is for you to decide.

This is the best camera for the money, better than the Canon EOS R or Nikon equivalent. I also paired mine with an 85mm F1.8 lense and it works wonders. The photo quality is amazing and the 4k video is also amazing, autofocus is the fastest I've ever had. The metal body feels nice and it's easy to hold. Dropped the camera on accident from 5 feet up and there was a small cosmetic scratch, nothing more. would 100% recommend BUT don't get this combo with the lense get the body only and then buy a better lense, this kit lense was horrible.

Spectacular camera for photography and videography (not good for long video sessions, as it can overheat and is limited to about 29min by Sony to prevent that from happening) Battery life is pretty good, I’d recommend picking up at least one more battery. Definitely get your self some nice UHS-II SD cards to fully take advantage of this camera and to make your workflow easier. If you have the money and feel like you will use this camera often, definitely buy it. If you’re just getting into photography and are unsure, maybe look at some mft cameras.

This camera is amazing. 4K full frame, takes great photos and video. Amazing battery life. The slo-motion could be a little better, but, it's not really designed as a slo-mo camera.

I'm by no means a professional, I'm an amateur at best and likes taking pictures on trips and of my kids and dog. ON a trip in September, I had my camera bag stolen with my Nikon camera and lenses, probably totaling about $7k. WOMP. Well I finally came around to replacing it and after weeks of research decided to buy this bad boy. BOY AM I HAPPY I DID. This mirrorless camera is incredible, the autofocus is lightning fast, unmatchable by Cannon or Nikon. The EYE-AF is nuts! IT works so incredibly well and really helps in both video and stills. The menu systems are very complex and hard to get used to, but that's just part of the learning curve. The only thing I would note is how much more expensive Sony Glass seems to be compared to my Nikon ones. That being said, I also came from a DX format camera and moved to a full frame, so that's to be expected. So as a recently converted Nikon shooter...Sony is blowing me away. Can't wait to get my hands on more lenses for this puppy!

Love this camera the fact you can take photos, take video and use it as a streaming device. Would deff reccomend this product to anyone enthusiast.

Was initially reluctant to go from DSLR to a mirror less but so glad I did! This thing is top notch very well designed and constructed camera that takes very sharp photos and very nice 4K videos. Also got a longer range lense (105m) to complement my glass collection. I would not get the converter because it crops the edges but would rather pay for Sony lenses directly because they are made for this camera. Really love everything about this camera. Never hesitate on this purchase if you can afford it. Always a top pick among camera sites and it will do everything you want it to even in low light! Great buy!

Great camera overall, it has many good features and a broad range of uses for anyone to use. It takes high quality images and video while still being lightweight and compact.

Excellent camera to use whenever I get the right settings down and stop being confused the photos come out crisp

Bought this camera because I wanted to jump into mirrorless full frame and Sony seemed like the right choice. Coming as a previous Nikon user, there is a learning curve to this, particularly the buttons and menu system. This has an great auto focus and the eye AF is amazing. Also it’s nice to have an electronic view finder especially in those dark situations. Probably the biggest gripe I have is the ergonomics of carrying it in my my right hand. Since there’s no place to put pinky finger I might just pick up a grip extension rather than those bulky battery grips. Overall this is a great camera choice.

Purchased this camera for my wife's photography hobby. She loves it. The pictures are amazing and the camera is easy to use.

I can't enough good things about this camera. I do suggest going online or YouTube to get familiar with camera settings. You'll love the photo quality and ease of used.
