I'm by no means a professional, I'm an amateur at best and likes taking pictures on trips and of my kids and dog. ON a trip in September, I had my camera bag stolen with my Nikon camera and lenses, probably totaling about $7k. WOMP. Well I finally came around to replacing it and after weeks of research decided to buy this bad boy. BOY AM I HAPPY I DID. This mirrorless camera is incredible, the autofocus is lightning fast, unmatchable by Cannon or Nikon. The EYE-AF is nuts! IT works so incredibly well and really helps in both video and stills. The menu systems are very complex and hard to get used to, but that's just part of the learning curve. The only thing I would note is how much more expensive Sony Glass seems to be compared to my Nikon ones. That being said, I also came from a DX format camera and moved to a full frame, so that's to be expected. So as a recently converted Nikon shooter...Sony is blowing me away. Can't wait to get my hands on more lenses for this puppy!

Sony camera is working good, easy setup and take nice picture

Was initially reluctant to go from DSLR to a mirror less but so glad I did! This thing is top notch very well designed and constructed camera that takes very sharp photos and very nice 4K videos. Also got a longer range lense (105m) to complement my glass collection. I would not get the converter because it crops the edges but would rather pay for Sony lenses directly because they are made for this camera. Really love everything about this camera. Never hesitate on this purchase if you can afford it. Always a top pick among camera sites and it will do everything you want it to even in low light! Great buy!

Great camera with amazing quality. I am a freelance videographer and since purchasing this camera a month ago I have gotten numerous gigs and I give all the credit to the camera! It’s not the newest and best out there, but if you have a passion for content creation this camera is a great buy!

Bought this camera because I wanted to jump into mirrorless full frame and Sony seemed like the right choice. Coming as a previous Nikon user, there is a learning curve to this, particularly the buttons and menu system. This has an great auto focus and the eye AF is amazing. Also it’s nice to have an electronic view finder especially in those dark situations. Probably the biggest gripe I have is the ergonomics of carrying it in my my right hand. Since there’s no place to put pinky finger I might just pick up a grip extension rather than those bulky battery grips. Overall this is a great camera choice.

Coming from a Nikon D3500 and made the switch over to the A7iii. I honestly have nothing but good to say about this camera! Not only are the quality of the pictures and video that can be captured are amazing, but the build quality of the body is awesome. The Menu can be a little intimidating for somebody who isn’t used to the Sony OS system but you quickly understand how to navigate it. Overall, if you are hesitant or are thinking about grabbing an A7iii by all means go for it.

I can't enough good things about this camera. I do suggest going online or YouTube to get familiar with camera settings. You'll love the photo quality and ease of used.

I own the a6000 and decided that it was time for an upgrade - thanks to the black friday specials, I was able to do so. In short, I love it! There’s a little bit of a learning curve but with the help of YT & TT, I was able to adjust the settings to my liking. I can’t wait to invest in new lenses.

The burst mode is a vast improvement over the a7ii and brings it up to date option/interface wise. As someone who shot with an a7ii and now the a7iii there are many improvements. Such as the auto focusing and focusing points. This has helped with animal/bird photography for me.

I love the camera a big step up from my Nikon d3300 there is a learning curve when you get a new camera just stick in there a learn.

Crisp, clear photos. It’s been 10+ years since my last camera purchase so this was a major upgrade. Love the Wi-Fi/bluetooth setting to transfer photos to my phone on the spot. Depending on how many and if you have videos to transfer… it does take a while but nothing a SD card reader can’t fix.
