I take photos of animals and take full advantage of its features. But its auto mode takes great images too for my girl who has no experience with a camera at all.

It isn't the fastest shooter in its class, so serious sports or street photographers should search elsewhere. The A7 IV, however, is a reliable all-around player with few obvious flaws for everyone else. You might never need a camera again.

No brainer!

I mainly bought it to record content for Youtube and vlogging. I was going to purchase a7iii a couple of months ago but I saw that Sony announced A7iv. Although the price wise A7iv is relatively expensive, I think it is worth the money. AF system is awesome!

Love This Camera

It seemed like it was new, registered new, and has been a fantastic camera in the 6 months I have had it.

My First Mirrorless Camera

I'm happy with how well it handles low-light situations and how quickly it focuses! After using a mirrorless camera, using my old DSLR feels clunky and slow. Getting familiar with the settings will take you awhile though, so watch a lot of YouTube videos!

When we tried to use it we could not get it focused at all....I brought it to the Gainesville store, and the young lady at the front who was an assistant manager got us straightened out immediately. Now that the camera lens is functioning correctly we absolutely love our camera.

I bought some f2.8 and the crispness and saturation of the pictures is amazing. I would highly recommend the Sony especially because the availability of aftermarket lenses like Tamaron and Sigma.

Fits well in my hands. Sony should include a battery charger. Charging through the camera takes FOREVER. Highly recommend purchasing the external battery charger.
