Seemed like a good camera
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Not a fair review but I paid so much money for a camera with a faulty autofocus system. After trying four lenses it just would work as it should. I returned it and paid the difference for an A7R5 that works like a charm. The only problem now is that it showed there was already 649 pictures taken before I even used it. Therefore it was either a return or someone decided to test it out, put it in the box, and sell it as new. I love Best Buy, but they need to do better in the camera department for sure.

Amazing camera out of the box

Decided to take the plunge on this a7iv and wow, just wow. I have a lot to learn as I did move brands, but this thing is stellar.

Camera great customer service bad

Picture quality is amazing video quality is great. Having taken a break from cameras for quite sometime it was still very easy to pick up and quickly get accustomed to the Sony. However, Best Buy’s customer service is wack. I’ll start by saying yeah this is probably what I get for buying an open box item but so be it. The item I bought was an open box in “excellent condition.” But was missing everything. I got a box with a camera plastic wrapped to a piece of cardboard and that was it. Called C.S. And they say I should be able to go to a store and receive the items missing gave me a case number and everything yet after visiting 2 stores I got the same “there’s nothing we can do” answer. I kept the camera and just bought the missing accessories. If I were to do it again I would just squeeze the extra dollars for the brand new item and then this would be 5 star review.

First full frame camera

Rolling shutter is also very noticeable.

Best hybrid camera ever

Must buy 10/10 reccomend especially with the flip out screen
